it is good, i think, to feel anger from time to time.
it means that you have things that are important to you;
such essences are inevitably violated,
making us angry.
you can only avoid all anger without any essential essence;
if you are willing to believe contradictions to avoid conflict.
it is equally as important, however
to let such feelings fade even more quickly than they appear,
to flush the violence from our systems
and take the hard path towards offering forgiveness to those that hurt us.
forgive us, O Lord, for our sins
as we hope to forgive-but-damn-it-is-hard those who sin against us.
i can't imagine what it's like
for God to bless away all the crap I'm responsible for.
so i bite my tongue and swallow my pride
and return to the stony path of a life without longstanding hatred.
Be angry, and yet do not sin; do not let the sun go down on your anger
