Well, I'm in the thick of it. I just finished my Networking final, which I think went pretty well. My friend Mesut stayed up all night studying for it, which I personally think is a poor idea. But he's a cool guy.

I released my review of the SolidAudio player today, and sent it off to vqf.com, slashdot, freshmeat, mp3.com and last, but not least, Audio Explosion, who might actually give me a few bucks for the writeup.

All of this writing is to "warm me up" for my term paper, which I've got to start now -- it's due in about 27 hours. I am the epitomal definition of a procrastinator -- as soon as I have a lot of things to do, I try to do more and put off the original stuff. [sigh] I'll learn some day.

The folks from Cobalt did get back to me, and we'll be talking after break. Looks like Scout's going to be getting funding, too. Hooray for getting hired by your friends!

Well, given that Yahoo! Mail seems to be down again (it seems like it always is!), it looks like I'll actually have to start working on my paper. It's been an interesting week so far. Ciao.
